Need tiller for Vanguard 470

I am restoring an old Vanguard 470 and just realized that there is no tiller attached to the rudder. The metal plate assembly is on the rudder but no tiller. I would appreciated it if someone could send me photos/and or measurements of the tiller so I can make a new one or tell me where I can buy a used one. I also need some battens for the sail if anyone can sell me these.
